Currently Trisedco Rendering Plant is operating with a capacity of 150 tons of raw material per day (designed capacity 300 tons per day). The main products of the Trisedco factory include powdered and open fish, in addition there are fish stomach, fish bubble, fish skin, fish are consumed domestically and exported.
As the export of pangasius fillet increased sharply, the market for the products was expanded so that the demand for product quality was also more strict, requiring enterprises to take the initiative in raw materials and quality control. inputs, hygienic conditions and reduced feed conversion ratio, cost savings. Step by step complete investment closed pangasius value chain, creating sustainability for both enterprises and households. By the end of 2015, Sao Mai decided to expand the largest fish feed processing plant in the area to feed itself in the raw material area in particular and the whole region in general. The project is located on an area of 5 hectares in Sao Mai Industrial Park, which is modernly designed and equipped with state of the art equipment from renowned Danish and French suppliers with a capacity of 360,000 tons / year, with a total investment capital of over VND750 billion and put into operation in 2017.
