Stir-fried beef with goose garlic

200g goose garlic

200g beef

2 garlic bulbs

2 tablespoons oyster oil

Spices: sugar, salt, seasoning seeds, ...

Ranee cooking oil


Step 1:

 Clean goose garlic, cut into pieces about 6cm. If you are too old, you can strip away fibers.

Step 2:

Thinly sliced beef, marinate with spices and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil within 15 minutes.

Step 3:

Blanch the goose garlic with boiling water.

Step 4:

Peeled garlic, crushed. Heat the oil on the stove over high heat, add garlic to fry. Next, you put the beef in, stir-fry and then draw out to separate. Continue to stir-fry the garlic. Add oyster oil and spices to taste.

Step 5:

When the garlic is cooked, add the stir-fried beef to the stir fry, taste it again and turn off the heat. Place the dish on a plate, while still hot.
